Terms and conditions
Black-and-white and color 30x40 cm photos will be accepted provided each photo has the photographer’s name in full, address, telephone number(s) and information about the photo (preferably with the date and place where this photo was taken) on the reverse side. The Organizers will be pleased to receive a digital version of each such photo, written on CD- or DVD-R/RW. In JPG format, polygraphic quality.
The participants in this photo competition hereby agree that the Organizers reserved the right to publish the best works on Den’s pages and/or in other publications of the Organizers, with the name of the photographer, and that they will be paid honoraria; also, that all photos submitted can be placed on the Organizers’ website and added to the data bank of the competition in order to promote the photo competition; that any of these photos can be displayed during photo exhibits and in the course of other projects of the Organizers. The Organizers will determine the manner in which to assess the said data bank.
The participants in the said photo competition hereby guarantee that the photos submitted by them were indeed taken by them, and that their participation in this competition does not infringe on any third people’s copyright. In the event of transgressing the said guarantees, the guilty part will be under obligation to recompense the Organizers for all possible expenses.
The photo’s submitted to the competition will not be censored in any way or returned to the photographer.
The participants in this photo competition hereby agree that their first and last names can be used by the Organizers in order to promote the said photo competition.
The fact of participation in this photo competition (by submitting a photo) signifies the photographer’s consent to these terms and conditions.
The Organizers reserve the right to appoint other awards and prizes, as well as to encourage the participants by publishing their photos, identifying the photographers, and paying honoraria; also to use any such photo in a manner specified herein.
The Jury reserves the right to refer photos to some or other categories.
There will be no admittance fees.
Duration of the competition:from the date of the first ad carried by «Den» and until September 1, 2010.

A list of the winners will be carried by «Den» before Oct.1, 2010.
In order to receive a prize/award, the winner must attend the ceremony of summing up the results of the photo competition (everyone will be advised of the date individually).
In order to received a prize/award, the winner must submitt the following documents: passport and a copy thereof (e.g., the first, second, and the page with the registration stamp), the ID number certificate and copy thereof).
The winners of the photo competition assume personal responsibility for the payment and compulsory taxes and duties.
