SIMFEROPOL — The Crimea is about to produce a new social community. There are over 200,000 Crimean Tatars, people who adhere to a different religion and have an essentially new ethnic identity. LVIV — The main result of the 9th Lviv International Economic Forum was described as the creation of an attractive investment climate, although the advertised “Memorandum on Measures to Help Regional Development” was never signed by the ranking officials who attended the forum.
