The well-known Ukrainian singer will tour the US with the charitable program “The Songs of Peace” in March. The funds raised will be spent to help the victims of the war in eastern Ukraine, radiosvoboda.org reports. During the Revolution of Dignity, Prykhodko supported Euromaidan, while following the Russian aggression, she has taken a determined patriotic stance, renouncing all her Russian awards and refusing to hold any concerts in Russia. She sings for Ukraine’s frontline soldiers and dedicated to the ATO participants the song “Heroes Do Not Die.”

Prykhodko will tour 10 cities in the US, and proceeds of each concert will be spent in different fields, including support for injured ATO veterans as well as a program allowing Ukrainian doctors to learn how to treat soldiers’ post-traumatic syndrome. Also, the singer wants to help children victims of the war and families which have been turned into homeless refugees by it.

The trip will have a tight schedule, with concerts taking place almost daily: Prykhodko will come to Philadelphia on March 5, New York on March 6, Washington on March 7, Boston on March 8, Chicago on March 13, Minneapolis on March 14, San Francisco on March 15, Los Angeles on March 20, and Seattle on March 21.
